Five rulings: TSG website modernization

Five open questions stand between the staging build and a finished site. Each ruling below lists the recommended default first, in bold, with a one-line reason and the cost of choosing the other way.

Rule in line: reply with the numbers, for example “1A, 2 Pledge, 3 Paths, 4 Middle, 5 Drop.” The staging homepage sits alongside this sheet: open the staging homepage.

Ruling 1 · Palette

Which visual identity does the modernized site wear?

Recommended: Palette A, UENI gold and cream. It is the only palette with sourced, documented values, taken from the live UENI CSS, and it is what the staging build wears by default.

Cost of choosing B: its hexes were never confirmed from the Gamma deck, so adopting it means accepting approximations or pausing to extract the true values from Gamma first. The toggle at the top of every staging page flips the whole build between A and B, so the choice can be made on the real pages, not on swatches alone.

Ruling 2 · Manifesto

Is there a manifesto, and do we publish it?

Plainly stated: no complete manifesto exists on record. The only sourced artifact is the 4-point Pledge of Alignment, saved March 18, 2026:

  1. Offer value that exceeds the price tag.
  2. If aligned solutions exist within The Scantor Group, offer them.
  3. If alignment exists outside The Scantor Group and is known, introduce the person to it.
  4. If alignment is not available yet, do not mislead or force a poor fit.

A longer pledge text in the ChatGPT handoff set is explicitly labeled a reconstruction. It is not an original document, and it will not be published as one.

Recommended: Publish the Pledge of Alignment as the site’s manifesto-equivalent. It is authentic, short enough to govern real behavior, and already built into the staging homepage.

Cost of commissioning a new manifesto instead: a drafting and approval cycle, and the launch waits on copy that does not exist today. A manifesto can still be written later and swapped in.

Ruling 3 · Membership

Which participation structure does the public site show?

  • 3 paths: Affiliate, Advocate, Initiate. Written for the public on the UENI site.
  • 5 hats: Operator, Investor, Advisor, Thesis Lead, Connector. From an internal partnership deck.
  • Both: paths and hats side by side (plus the 5 internal deal-team seats exist as a third structure).
  • Neither: membership comes off the public site entirely.
Recommended: The 3 public paths only. They were written for visitors; the hats and the deal-team seats are internal working structures, and publishing them invites confusion about what membership is and how it is earned.

Cost of showing both: three overlapping taxonomies on one site, and visitors cannot tell which one applies to them. Cost of neither: the brand’s core idea, membership that is earned and not bought, disappears from its own website.

Wording flag that rides with this ruling: the recovered Affiliate copy says “no gatekeeping,” which conflicts with your culture-fit-first rule for induction. Recommended wording: contribution is proven on the scoreboard, and membership is confirmed by fit. The staging homepage already uses the culture-fit version; rule on whether it stands.

Ruling 4 · Services Breadth

How much of the service catalogue does the site show?

  • All 29: every recovered sub-service on the page, in its 8 categories.
  • Lean only: 3 to 5 honest offers, and the catalogue is retired.
  • Middle: a lean front door of 3 to 5 offers, with the full catalogue one click deep.
Recommended: The middle. The front door stays honest and exit-focused, and the full 29-service catalogue remains available one click deep for visitors who arrive looking for a specific service. The staging homepage is built this way: three featured engagements up top, the full catalogue grouped beneath them.

Cost of all 29 up front: the page reads like a large firm and buries the offer that actually converts. Cost of lean only: the recovered catalogue disappears, including services that partners and referrers search for by name.

Ruling 5 · Facebook Pixel

Does the retired UENI site’s Facebook pixel carry over?

The UENI site embeds Facebook pixel 992364281277376. Separately, the 360VD funnel already runs its own newer pixel, 1844046253681518, installed November 6, 2026 for the paid Self Score test. The question is whether the modernized marketing site needs the old UENI pixel at all. The staging build currently includes no pixel, pending this ruling.

Recommended: Do not carry the old pixel over. Measurement stays clean on one property for the funnel that converts, instead of splitting data across a retired site’s pixel.

Cost of dropping it: whatever audience history the old pixel holds stops building. If you want to keep or retarget those UENI-era audiences, say so and the pixel goes in before launch instead.
